Topical application: creams, gels, massage oils and compresses enriched with flower essences.

Practical demonstration: preparation of a customizable topical remedy.

The workshop illustrates how sound vibrations can become a natural support for the lymphatic system, improving drainage, tissue vitality, and the sensation of lightness in the body, as well as promoting a state of deep relaxation.

What is sound therapy: principles of vibration and resonance applied to the human body.
The Lymphatic System: Detox, Immunity, and Balancing Body Fluids.
Effect of vibrations on the body: lymphatic stimulation, relaxation and reduction of muscle tension.
Main instruments: Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and harmonic drums.
Integration into wellness treatments: support for lymphatic drainage protocols and aesthetic practices.
